MOLES

Moles are normally solitary creatures living in a system of underground tunnels. The mole hills you see are the excavated earth from these tunnels. Their main food sources are earth worms and they need to eat their own body weight each day.

WASPS/BEES

Wasps and Bees are very dangerous insects if provoked. If a human receives sting(s) they could experience anaphylactic shock. This can prove fatal in some cases.

MICE/RATS

Mice and rats can pose significant health risks as they carry many diseases, cause damage to food products and affect the fabric of buildings.

RABBITS

The European Rabbit can cause devastation to crops and gardens. Each Rabbit can consume about 500g of food a day combined with its prolific breeding this can soon destroy large areas of land. Under the 1954 Pest Act every land owner is responsible for conrolling wild rabbits on their land.

SQUIRRELS

The Grey Squirrel can cause considerable damage to trees by stripping the bark off. If they get into loft space they can strip wires and chew insulation from pipe work and then chew through plastic water pipes causing major damage. Squirrels are the second most prolific takers of songbird eggs and young.

FOXES

Foxes are small-to-medium-sized, omnivorous mammals belonging to several genera of the family Canidae. Foxes are slightly smaller than a medium-size domestic dog, with a flattened skull, upright triangular ears, a pointed, slightly upturned snout, and a long bushy tail (or brush).
